3. How to Submit a Takedown Request

4. Our Response Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid and complete notice, E-Library will:

  1. Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  2. Notify the user who uploaded the material (if applicable) that the content has been removed.
  3. Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers to maintain the integrity of our library.
