4. Content Availability

We strive to keep the library online 24/7; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to add or remove books from the library at any time without prior notice.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your User ID immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to:

  • Sharing your login credentials.
  • Attempting to hack or damage the site.
  • Violating copyright restrictions.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without any warranties. E-Library shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or the inability to access certain files.
